Premium Inspections:
The PREMIUM Inspection goes beyond the one-time home inspection by putting a certified Home Inspector beside you throughout various stages of the home-buying process. The PREMIUM Inspection includes:

• A Whole House Inspection
• Termite Inspection
• Radon Testing
• Your Home Inspector will accompany you or represent you at the final walk-through of the home
• Will present a Move-In Home Intro (Showing you how various components of your new home operate).
• Additionally, your inspector will return to your home approximately six months to a year after you move in to do an additional BASIC maintenance inspection.

TECH Inspections:
The TECH Inspections are designed for the individual who wants a specialist to evaluate the major components of the home. This is a PREMIUM inspection with a twist. Rather than a typical “general” home inspection, professional contractors are brought in to evaluate the specific component parts of the home. For example a qualified electrician would evaluate the electrical system. Due to the detailed nature of a TECH inspection as well as the higher costs of specialists, prices for TECH inspections vary greatly from home to home.
